Every client has different requirements so our Virtual Assistant service offers a range of pricing options to suit different business needs. PAYG offers flexible support on an as & when basis with no ongoing commitment. While those who need regular ongoing support across a variety of regular tasks can agree a set number of hours under our Monthly Retainer package, and benefit from guaranteed availability over PAYG clients and discounted rates.

Rates include time spent on tasks, liaison with the client by telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings including initial briefings. Any additional specific costs incurred or products supplied will be agreed beforehand and charged separately at cost price.

Payment terms for PAYG clients are payment of agreed hours prior to the commencement of the work. Should additional hours be required these will be invoiced separately at the time.

Payment terms for clients choosing a Monthly Retainer package are payment of agreed hours monthly advance. Packages run from the first business day of the calendar month with the minimum package starting at 4 hours per month. Discounted rates apply for 10 or more hours per month. Extra hours can be added if required or tasks postponed until the following month. Unused hours in one month can be rolled over to be used in the following month by request. No contracts or long-term commitment - cancel or switch to PAYG at the end of any monthly period without additional notice.

Payment terms on Web & Social Media services requires payment of estimated charges prior to the commencement of the service unless otherwise agreed. Social Media Management & Digital Marketing Support involve an initial set-up charge and then monthly in advance for the ongoing support. Website Design is invoiced based on the size and complexity of the website required, e.g. a basic website starts from £500. Website Hosting and Management services are charged annually in advance.

Invoices issued on the first business day of the month. Payment should be made electronically (e.g. BACS) within 10 business days of an invoice being issued.

Standard business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm. Support required outside of these times, or urgent work, may incur a premium hourly rate.

Agreement to comply with and be bound by the Payment terms above, along with our standard service terms & conditions, is deemed to occur upon agreeing the provision of one or more services.
